Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: October 7, 2026
Business: Curated by Kewanta LLC
Contact: hello@curatedbykewanta.com
Article 1. Agreement and Scope
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access to or use of websites operated by Curated by Kewanta LLC, including 30daylifereboot.com and curatedbykewanta.com, and to our newsletters, social media content, events, products, programs, and other services.
When you place an order, register for an event or service, or use a service where these Terms are presented for acceptance, you agree to these Terms and to the applicable Privacy Policy and Refund and Shipping Policy. Product-specific terms may also apply. If a product-specific term expressly conflicts with these Terms, the product-specific term controls for that product.
For purchases, acceptance must be recorded through the applicable checkout or purchase process. Merely visiting a website or receiving a newsletter does not, by itself, constitute acceptance of a purchase agreement or an arbitration agreement.
Article 2. Eligibility and Age
Our products and services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By purchasing or registering, you confirm that you are at least 18.
If we learn that a person under 18 has purchased or accessed a product or service:
For The Unstoppable Accelerator, we will revoke access and refund the purchase price.
For Life Reboot: Stuck to Unstoppable, including the digital journal, the purchase is not refundable under this age provision. We may remove the person from our mailing lists and revoke access where appropriate.
For other products or services, we will review the circumstances and take appropriate action, subject to applicable law.
Do not provide personal information to us if you are under 18.
Article 3. Orders, Availability, and Pricing
Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless we say otherwise. We may change prices prospectively, but the price displayed and accepted when you place your order applies to that order.
Digital products may be offered to customers outside the United States. Physical products are currently available only for delivery to U.S. addresses. Shipping charges, if any, will be shown during checkout.
Article 4. Payment
Payment is due when you place an order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include credit or debit cards processed through Stripe and PayPal.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you submit and that the information you provide is accurate. Payment processing is subject to the payment provider’s terms and practices.
Article 5. Delivery and Access
Digital products are delivered electronically or made available through the platform identified at purchase. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for maintaining the equipment, software, and internet access needed to use the product.
For physical products, you are responsible for providing a complete and accurate U.S. shipping address. If an order is lost, delayed, damaged, or incorrect, contact hello@curatedbykewanta.com. We will review the circumstances and determine an appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.
Article 6. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on the product and is described in our Refund and Shipping Policy, available at 30daylifereboot.com/refundpolicy. The Policy contains the applicable digital-product exceptions, the 72-hour refund period for The Unstoppable Accelerator, and the return requirements for the physical journal.
Please review the Refund and Shipping Policy before purchasing. Nothing in these Terms or that Policy limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited or waived.
Article 7. Personal Use and Intellectual Property
Our content, products, materials, downloads, templates, recordings, and training materials are owned by or licensed to Curated by Kewanta LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms and any product-specific terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use purchased materials for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
Share, transfer, sublicense, or provide another person access to your account or purchased materials.
Copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, rent, or commercially exploit our materials.
Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
Use our materials to create or promote a competing product or service.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these restrictions, subject to applicable law.
Article 8. Results and No Guarantee
Our products and services provide information, exercises, and personal-development tools. Results vary and are not guaranteed. Your outcomes depend on your individual circumstances, decisions, effort, and other factors outside our control. Testimonials or examples describe individual experiences and do not guarantee that you will obtain similar results.
Article 9. No Professional Advice
Our products, programs, events, and content are for general educational and personal-development purposes. They are not therapy, counseling, medical care, financial advice, legal advice, or a substitute for any licensed professional service.
Nothing we provide diagnoses, treats, or cures a medical or mental-health condition or creates a professional-client relationship. Do not disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something in our content. Consult an appropriately licensed professional about your particular circumstances.
If you are experiencing a mental-health emergency, contact emergency services or a qualified mental-health professional. In the United States, you may call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Article 10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our website, products, services, and content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every user or purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, Curated by Kewanta LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from or related to your use of our website, products, or services. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim relating to a particular purchase will not exceed the amount you paid us for that purchase.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Article 11. Privacy and Communications
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, available at 30daylifereboot.com/privacypolicy. We may send transactional messages needed to fulfill an order or provide a service. If you receive marketing emails, you may unsubscribe using the link in the email. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending transactional or legally required messages.
Article 12. Disputes, Arbitration, and Class-Action Waiver
Please read this section carefully. It affects how disputes may be resolved. Except for the exceptions below, you and Curated by Kewanta LLC agree that disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, a purchase, a product, or your use of our services will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court.
The Federal Arbitration Act governs this arbitration agreement to the extent applicable. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules in effect when the claim is filed. The hearing may be conducted by written submissions, telephone, or video conference, as permitted by the applicable AAA rules and the arbitrator.
The arbitrator, not a court, will decide the merits of the dispute, except that a court may decide a dispute about the enforceability or scope of this arbitration agreement where applicable law requires a court to do so. The arbitrator may award any individual relief available under applicable law. Judgment on an arbitration award may be entered in a court with jurisdiction.
Arbitration Costs
Fees and costs will be allocated under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules and applicable law. If this provision conflicts with a mandatory consumer-protection rule or applicable AAA consumer rule, the mandatory rule or AAA rule controls.
Individual Claims and Class-Action Waiver
You and Curated by Kewanta LLC agree to bring claims against each other only in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding, to the extent this waiver is enforceable under applicable law. The arbitrator may not combine claims of multiple people or preside over a representative or class proceeding.
Small-Claims Court
Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if the claim qualifies and remains in that court.
Opting Out of Arbitration
You may opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing hello@curatedbykewanta.com within 30 days after you first accept these Terms. The email must include your name, the email address associated with your account or order, and a clear statement that you are opting out of arbitration. Opting out will not affect the other provisions of these Terms.
Intellectual-Property Relief
Either party may ask a court of competent jurisdiction for temporary or injunctive relief to protect intellectual-property rights, to the extent permitted by law. This exception does not authorize a class or representative action.
Severability
If a court or arbitrator determines that a portion of this arbitration section is unenforceable, the remaining portions will apply to the extent permitted by law. If the class-action waiver is held unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim must proceed in court to the extent required by law, and any enforceable arbitration provisions will remain in effect for other claims.
Article 13. Governing Law and Court Proceedings
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent federal law or a non-waivable law applicable to you requires otherwise.
For any court proceeding permitted under these Terms, you and Curated by Kewanta LLC consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas, subject to applicable law. This provision does not override the arbitration agreement or prevent a consumer from bringing a claim in a court where applicable law gives the consumer that right.
Article 14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively. If a change materially affects an existing customer’s rights, we will provide notice where required by law. Continued use of a service after updated Terms are presented for acceptance may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms. A change will not retroactively alter an arbitration agreement for a dispute that has already arisen.
