1. About This Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Curated by Kewanta LLC ("Curated by Kewanta," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit our websites, purchase our products, join a waitlist, subscribe to our services, sign up for emails, attend our events, or use our services.

Our brands include The Life Reboot™ and Dear Unstoppable You™, which are operated by Curated by Kewanta LLC. Our websites include 30daylifereboot.com, curatedbykewanta.com, and dearunstoppableyou.com. This Policy applies to our U.S. customers and to international customers who purchase digital products. We do not currently ship physical products or mail subscriptions outside the United States.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Contact and order information: your name, email address, mailing address, products purchased, subscription details, and order details.

  • Waitlist information: your email address, and your name if requested, when you join a waitlist.

  • Payment information: payment and transaction information processed by Stripe, PayPal, or another payment method displayed at checkout. We do not intend to store full payment-card numbers on our own servers.

  • Communications and preferences: information you provide when contacting us, signing up for email, managing a subscription, or submitting a privacy request.

  • Website and device information: information such as IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location or time zone, and interactions with our website.

  • Advertising and analytics information: information collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including Meta Pixel and Google Analytics, which we use for analytics, advertising, and measuring ad conversions.

We do not request a phone number as part of our ordinary order information. If you provide one voluntarily in another communication, we may use it to respond to that communication.

3. How We Use Information

  • Process payments, fulfill orders, manage subscriptions, and provide access to products and services.

  • Add you to a waitlist and notify you when a product or subscription opens.

  • Print, package, and mail physical products and subscription mailings.

4. Email Communications

We may send transactional emails about an order, subscription, or service, as well as marketing emails to waitlist members, newsletter subscribers, and customers. Joining a waitlist is not a purchase or a commitment to subscribe. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting hello@curatedbykewanta.com. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not prevent transactional or legally required messages.

Marketing-email preferences do not determine whether we may send order-related messages needed to fulfill your purchase or manage your subscription, such as billing and shipping notices.

5. Mailing Addresses and Shipping

We collect your mailing address when you purchase a physical product or subscribe to a mail subscription, not when you join a waitlist. We use it to print, package, and ship your order or subscription, and we share it with the service providers that help us do so. We do not sell your mailing address or use it for purposes unrelated to fulfilling your order or subscription and communicating with you about it. We currently ship only to addresses in the United States.

6. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies, including Meta Pixel and Google Analytics, to understand website activity, measure advertising performance and conversions, and support advertising.

These technologies may collect information about your browser, device, and interactions with our websites. The providers of these technologies may receive information through their tools and may use it under their own privacy policies. We do not control those providers' independent practices.

You can manage some cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect website functionality. Browser settings may not stop all tracking or advertising-related data use. You may contact hello@curatedbykewanta.com with a privacy request, but an email request may not replace any legally required advertising opt-out tool or browser-based opt-out signal. We will provide any additional choice mechanism required by applicable law.

We do not sell or rent personal information in exchange for money. We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate our business, including:

  • Website, course, and business platforms: Systeme.io and DoxZoo.

  • Printing, mailing, and fulfillment providers: DoxZoo and [any other printing or mailing provider you use for Dear Unstoppable You].

  • Payment processors: Stripe and PayPal.

  • Email services: Systeme.io and Zoho.

  • Analytics and advertising providers: Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.

  • Other providers we may use for hosting, customer support, security, order fulfillment, or business operations.

These providers may process information on our behalf or receive information through their services. Some advertising or analytics disclosures may be treated as "sharing," "targeted advertising," or a similar regulated activity under certain privacy laws, even if we do not sell or rent information for money.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to valid legal process, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

8. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing products and services, maintaining business and transaction records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations. Waitlist information is kept until the related product or subscription opens, or until you ask to be removed. Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and the reason it was collected.

You may request deletion of personal information. We may retain information that we are legally required or permitted to retain, such as transaction records, or information needed to complete a transaction, protect our rights, or comply with legal obligations.

9. Privacy Requests and Choices

You may email hello@curatedbykewanta.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you, or to ask a question about our privacy practices. Please include enough information for us to identify your account, order, subscription, or waitlist sign-up. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link provided in the email, or ask to be removed from a waitlist at any time.

Depending on where you live and whether applicable law covers our business and the information involved, you may have additional privacy rights, including rights relating to access, correction, deletion, or certain targeted advertising or data processing. We will review requests under the laws that apply. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

10. International Customers

International customers may purchase digital products. Physical products and mail subscriptions are available to U.S. addresses only. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. Privacy rights and rules vary by country. This Policy describes our practices generally and is not a representation that every privacy regime applies to or is satisfied by the same practices.

11. Children and Age Restrictions

Our products and services are intended for people 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 for our products or services. If we learn that a person under 18 has provided personal information, we will take appropriate steps, which may include deleting the information, removing the person from marketing communications, revoking product access, canceling a subscription, or issuing a refund as described in our Terms and Conditions.
